We lost a member of the Radio Dubuque family this week.  Tuesday night, Jackie Bardon passed away, after a brief illness. 

Jackie joined us at the station, along with her husband Jim, over 5 years ago.  From sales, to finance and most of our behind-the-scenes work here, Jackie did it all.  If you visited the radio station, or picked up a prize any day over the past year, it was probably Jackie that greeted you at the front desk. 

Jackie’s relationships with clients, co-workers, family and friends was genuine and loving.  She was so energetic, full of ideas, and greeted each and every one of us with a smile, every day.  Truly, one of a kind. 

In honor of Jackie, hug someone you love today, give your dog an extra treat, and enjoy a good tune.  We know she’ll be turning the radio volume up right along with you.
