The Mississippi River will be closed from Lock and Dam 11 to the Iowa/Wisconsin Bridge during the Air Show.   Once completed, the Coast Guard will direct boaters to return to the area to enjoy the Fireworks from the river and there will be a No Wake Zone from the Lock and Dam to the Julien Dubuque Bridge.  Listen to this Radio Dubuque station for updates.  They’ll be brought to you by O’Connor & English Insurance.
