4/25-Bacon Ranch Burgers

Bacon Ranch Burgers 

3 lbs. Cremer’s Ground Beef

1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 cup sour cream

3 tbsp. Ranch seasoning

10 slices American cheese

10 Brioche hamburger buns, toasted

8 slices of bacon, cooked crisp, chopped 

 

Cut or chop bacon into crumbles and set aside.  

In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and bacon crumbles.  Mix well.  Form 10 patties.  

On a preheated griddle or grill, cook patties for 5 minutes on one side.  Flip and cook for 4 minutes longer.  Add a slice of American cheese, cover and cook for 1 minute or until chees is melted on top.  Remove.  Place on a toasted brioche bun and serve with Burger sauce, caramelized onions and pickles.  

Burger Sauce: 

1 cup mayonnaise

¼ cup Ketchup

¼ cup BBQ Sauce

2 tbsp. Relish

½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce 

Mix all burger sauce ingredients together in an air tight container.  Refrigerate until ready to assemble burgers.
