MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center has named a new Chief Operating Officer.
Veteran hospital administrator Michelle Poston who had been serving as the interim C.O.O. since the retirement of Kay Takes in December has been appointed to the position.
Poston has more than 18 years of experience in healthcare administration and operational leadership. Before joining MercyOne in Dubuque, she served as the Associate Administrator for MercyOne Genesis Davenport Medical Center for over 10 years.
