Here’s some great news for those who enjoy canoeing and kayaking. Dubuque County Conservation partnered with a contractor and have just built a brand new dock at the Heritage Pond off of Highway 52 North.
The dock can be used by those with non-motorized boats such as canoes and kayaks to launch from to go out on the water and hone their paddling skills.
Dubuque Conservation reminds those paddling Heritage Pond is also a popular spot for local fishermen and ask you respect that.
