A Dubuque man was arrested for allegedly sharing child pornography on social media.
Dubuque Police say on Thursday, 24-year old Dethan Moore was charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and three counts of purchasing or possessing a depiction of a minor in a sex act.
Authorities say the investigation began in July 2024 after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a tip from Snapchat that a user later identified as Moore exchanged videos with another user of what appeared to children engaging in sexual acts.
