At the Big 10 Tournament in Indianapolis
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Lucy Olsen scored 14 of her 19 points in the first half on 8-for-12 shooting and 11th-seeded Iowa beat No. 14-seed Wisconsin 81-54 in the Big Ten Tournament. Serah Williams scored 22 points for Wisconsin.
Iowa moves on to play sixth-seeded Michigan State this evening.
Also as part of the schedule today, #7 seed Illinois will meet #10 seed Nebraska at 5:30 to be followed by Iowa-Michigan State.
- At the Big 12 Tournament in Kansas City: Iowa State the #7 seed will meet #15 seed Arizona State at 5:30. The winner will face number 2 seed Baylor tomorrow evening at the T-Mobile Center.
