A Dubuque woman was taken to the hospital after an accident in the Kennedy Mall Parking lot.
Dubuque Police say the crash happened Monday morning around 11:30. Police say a vehicle driven by 73-year old Debra Dissell lost control when she struck an island median. The vehicle then overturned and struck the mall.
Dissell was taken by ambulance to MercyOne Medical Center. Officials say the exterior of the mall sustained around $8-thousand dollars in damage.
