A Dubuque man has been given a sentence of two years’ probation after pleading guilty to three counts of invasion of privacy.
31-year old Jacob Unsen was arrested last March after he was charged with taking videos on his cellphone of female employees at his workplace using the restroom without their knowledge.
Unsen was arrested following an investigation which started at the end of last February after female employees at Midwest Dental on Holiday Drive reported the incidents.
If Unsen violates the terms of his probation he faces up to six years in prison.
