An East Dubuque man was injured in a one vehicle crash near East Dubuque. The Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Office says it happened around 8:15 last night on North Menominee Road, just West of North Meadow Lane.
Authorities say the vehicle driven by 21-year old Juan Martinez went off the road, into the ditch and striking a culvert before rolling over. When deputies arrived no one was with the vehicle, later Martinez was located and taken to Midwest Medical Center in Galena for treatment.
Martinez was cited with a number of violations including no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured vehicle, and driving under the influence of alcohol.
