In a note for Dubuque motorists: Due to railroad duct trenching, 16th Street at the railroad crossing between Elm Street and Sycamore Street will be closed from 8 a.m. this morning through Friday, February 7th.
Motorists will need to follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
