Freshman quarterback Joey Rhomberg of the University of Dubuque has been awarded Male Athlete of the Week honors in the American Rivers Conference. In the final game of the season on Saturday, Rhomberg threw for 303 yards with 7 touchdown passes in Dubuque’s 56-21 win over Buena Vista.
