Dubuque Police arrested a Dubuque man over the weekend on charges related to an ATV accident in September which caused serious injuries to a passenger.
Police say 20-year old Ayden Bries was taken into custody on Saturday on a warrant charging serious injury by vehicle.
The crash happened during the early morning hours on September 22nd in the 400 block of Data Court Drive. When authorities arrived they found a woman, whose name hasn’t been released, lying in the grass bleeding and unconscious.
The woman was first taken to MercyOne Medical Center before being transferred to University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. Bries was also injured in the crash and hospitalized. He was also cited with reckless driving.
