A 35-year old Dubuque man charged with two counts of attempted murder for a shooting incident in two years ago has pleaded not guilty to the charges in Dubuque County District Court.
According to on-line court records, Michael Rogers entered the not guilty plea earlier this week. No trial date has been set.
Police say Rogers was in a vehicle with 23-year old Tavon Baylock during a drive by shooting at two men in another vehicle near the intersection of Central Avenue and 23rd Street on June 23rd, 2022.
Baylock was arrested last month following his extradition from Illinois and also is charged with two counts of attempted murder.
