A Dubuque man has now been charged in an incident where he allegedly drove over a woman and seriously injured her earlier this year.
26-year old Thomas Tremble was taken into custody on Tuesday after a traffic stop on a warrant charging serious injury by vehicle. He was also charged with possession of marijuana.
Tremble is accused of driving over the woman in the 27-hundred block of Pleasant View Drive during the late night hours of June 14th following an argument with the woman. The woman identified as 23-yearold Breana Slaymaker of Dubuque had to be taken to Finley Hospital for treatment of injuries to both knees and right foot.
