The Dubuque County Auditor’s Office reminds eligible voters written requests for an absentee mail ballot for the November 5th General Election needs to be received in their office by 5 o’clock Monday evening.
To obtain an absentee ballot request form: you should download a form from the Dubuque Election’s website or call the Elections Office.
