Dubuque Police say a two vehicle accident sent a Wisconsin woman to the hospital.
Police say the crash happened Monday afternoon around 1:30 and the intersection of Central Avenue and East 7th Street.
Police say one vehicle driven by 22-year old Arely Carrazco of Dubuque, was attempting to turn left onto Central Avenue, but failed to yield the right of way and hit the other vehicle driven by 31-year old Kelly Jeardeau of Hazel Green. Jeardeau was taken by ambulance to Finley Hospital for treatment.
Carrazco received several citations including having no valid driver’s license and no proof of insurance.
