A Worthington man was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident over the weekend in Dubuque.
According to Dubuque Police the accident happened around 2:45 Sunday morning on Freemont Avenue. Authorities say the cycle operated by Gavin Hansen was going too fast around a curve and went off the road. Hansen was thrown from the cycle and was taken to MercyOne Medical Center.
Hansen faces a charge of operating while intoxicated and a citation of failure to maintain control.
