A nine year old Dubuque boy suffered serious head injuries in a collision on his bicycle with car. Dubuque Police say the accident happened Tuesday afternoon around 3:30 near the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Ann Street. Police say Mason Neuhaus rode his bike through a stop sign and was hit by the vehicle driven by 75-year old Richard Barker of Dubuque. Neuhaus was taken by ambulance to Finley Hospital for treatment.
