A Dubuque man is in jail on 200-thousand dollars bond facing a number of sexual crime related charges including continuous sexual abuse and forcible rape of a child. 31-year old Jacquile Williams was arrested by Dubuque Police on
According to Police, they interviewed two teenage girls who told them the alleged abuse from Williams dated back to as early as November 2022 and continued through last year.
Williams is also charged with supplying drugs and alcohol to the girls during the incidents. He is also charged with failing to comply with the sex offender registry.
