A portion of a well-traveled street in Dubuque is back open after being closed for about 10 days.
University Avenue is now fully opened after utility repairs following a hazardous incident involving a downed power line, a vehicle fire and an underground gas leak which occurred on April 13th.
Dubuque city officials say Walnut Street is still closed from Jefferson St. to University Ave. until further notice.
