A search conducted at a home in Belmont led to the arrests of a southwest Wisconsin man and woman.
Early Tuesday morning, the Layfayette County Sheriff’s Department, Belmont Police and the Richland, Iowa, Grant Drug Task Force went to home at 2 Dawn Vista Drive. Authorities arrested 40-year old Alonzo Criss and 30-year old Alissa Hoag and both were taken to the Layfayette County Jail with each Criss and Hoag now facing a long list of drug and other charges including possession and delivery of the drugs THC, methamphetamines, and cocaine within 1000 feet of a park.
The case remains under investigation.
