DUBUQUE FIRE TRUCK 2

Dubuque Firefighters were sent house fire in the city’s north end.  Around 5:15 this morning fire crews were sent to 22-58 Jackson Street on a report smoke was filling the first floor of the building. The residents of the home were able to get out safely and no injuries were reported.

The home had around $20-thousand dollars in damage from fire and heavy smoke and was determined to be uninhabitable. The American Red Cross was contacted to provide aide to the residents. The cause is still under investigation.
