Dubuque Police say one man was seriously injured the assault of another man over the weekend and charges were filed.
Police say they arrested 27-year old Myhkal Oliver in the 100 block of East 20th Street on Saturday night and charged him with willful injury for the incident which reportedly occurred shortly after 2 o’clock Saturday morning.
Police say Oliver and another man whose name wasn’t released were identified with the help of traffic camera assaulting another man who suffered multiple cuts and lacerations to his body and head.
