A Dubuque garage was seriously damaged yesterday afternoon when a gigantic utility pole fell while being lifted by a crane.
The unattached garage is located near a home on Poplar Street which is close to Flora Park. ITC Midwest says crews contracted by them were attempting to install the pole when it broke loose from the rigging equipment and crash through the garage. There were no injuries were reported.
