The Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque and Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce have launched Envision 2030. Bobbi Earles with the Foundation says the project is a community wide visioning process.
Earles says the first phase of the process is currently underway where ideas are now being gathered.
Earles says from there, the top 30 ideas submitted will be used and then paired down to a list of 10.
