Cuba City Woman Injured Crashing Cycle In Dubuque

A Cuba City woman was injured when she crashed her motorcycle in at downtown Dubuque intersection.

Dubuque Police say it happened Friday afternoon around 1:15 at the intersection of Elm Street and 16th street. According to police, 32-year old Jalysa Turner was headed north on Elm Street and went through the red light, and to avoid a collision with another vehicle she crashed the cycle.

Turner was taken to Finley Hospital for treatment. She was cited with failure to provide proof of financial liability, operation without a registration card, no valid driver’s license and failure to respond to a steady red light.
