The city of Dubuque and the Arts and Cultural Affairs Advisory Commission are now taking applications for their Arts and Culture Special Projects grant program for the 2026 fiscal year, which runs from July of 2025 through the end of June, 2026.
Applications are due by midnight on Friday, April 25th. The maximum request for the grant is $8,000 dollars, with a fifty percent cash match required.
