MILWAUKEE (AP) — Milan Momcilovic scored 17 of his 20 points in the first half, and third-seeded Iowa State routed Lipscomb 82-55 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Iowa State will meet Ole Miss tomorrow.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Will Riley had 22 points, Kasparas Jakucionis finished one rebound shy of a triple-double and Illinois was perfect from the foul line in an 86-73 NCAA Tournament victory over Xavier on Friday night. Illinois advanced to a round of 32 matchup Sunday with Kentucky.
