A Dubuque driver and a man he hit with his vehicle were injured Wednesday night near Loras College. Dubuque police say 21-year old Evan England was driving south on Cox Street and made an illegal turn on to Angella Street, went over a curb and struck 21-year old Peter Coakley of Dubuque. England’s vehicle also hit a car parked in a private driveway.
Both Coakley and England complained of minor injuries but neither man went to the hospital for treatment.
England was cited with turning from an improper lane
