Dubuque Main Street has named a new Executive Director.
David Barba who started at Dubuque Main Street in May 2024 as its development coordinator and was named interim executive director in January has had the interim tag removed and will serve as Executive Director.
As executive director, Barba will work closely with local stakeholders, business owners, and residents to continue Dubuque Main Street’s efforts to revitalize and enhance downtown Dubuque.
