The City of Dubuque will host a class on Successful Rental Property Management on Thursday, March 28 from 8:30am to 4:30pm at NICC’s Town Clock Business Center, 700 Main Street.
The session aims to teach rental property owners and managers about laws and regulations for owning and managing rental properties.
Those participating include local attorneys and representatives from the city’s police, legal services and housing departments who will discuss rental agreements, evictions, property security, police services and rental property inspections.
