The Dubuque Senior Rams will play in the Class 4A state quarterfinals of the boys state basketball tournament this afternoon at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. The Rams are the number 8 seed in the tourney and will try to take down the top seed Cedar Falls. This will be the 10th state tournament appearance in school history for Senior, and the 8th led by head coach Wendell Eimers
The winner advances to the semi-finals on Wednesday evening. In their first meeting of the season at Cedar Falls, the Tigers defeated Senior 62-48.
