A Peosta man suffered minor injuries in a one vehicle accident in Dubuque late Thursday night.
Dubuque Police say the crash happened shortly before midnight on Pennsylvania Avenue between Seippel Road and Heacock Road. Police say the vehicle driven by 23-year old Declan Sisler went off the road and into the ditch. Sisler was treated by Dubuque Fire Department personnel, but didn’t go to the hospital. He was charged with failure to maintain control.
