Grand River Medical Group and the Unity Point Clinic and multi-specialty medical group have made a major announcement today. Unity Point has announced it is purchasing Grand River Medical group and the two have announced a new partnership with plans to integrate. Officials say the transition is expected to take four to six months.
UnityPoint Health says they also will work with Grand River Medical to offer employment to physicians, advanced practice providers, and other team members. Officials say patients of Grand River Medical will continue to receive the same care, from the same providers they currently have.
