Next month is Camp Albrecht Acres “Celebrating All Abilities” Gala, which will take place on Thursday, March 6th from 6-9pm at the Hotel Julien in downtown Dubuque.
The event will feature live music, an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, meat carving stations, live and silent auctions and a short program. All proceeds will benefit Camp Albrecht Acres’ 40 acre residential camp in Sherrill, which is Dubuque County’s only summer camp for people with special needs.
With no financial assistance from the local, state or federal government, Camp Albrecht relies on fundraisers such as this gala.
