A Dubuque man facing five counts of sex abuse in the third degree in Fayette County has been sentenced after pleading guilty to reduced charges. 35-year old Terry Choi has been ordered to serve two years in prison. As part of the plea deal charges were reduced to assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and two of the counts were dismissed.
Charges were filed last April against Choi following an investigation which involved multiple victims, including a minor, at a gas station in Clermont where Choi was employed.
