A Wisconsin man was injured in a snowmobile riding accident over the weekend in southwest Wisconsin. According to the Layfayette County Sheriff, around 5:30 Sunday evening, emergency crews were called to County Highway M, Wiota Township on the report. Authorities say the snowmobile operated by 36-year old Justin Myers of Cross Plains left the trail and rolled over.
Myers was taken by ambulance to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He was cited for operating a snowmobile in a careless manor and operating without a snowmobile safety certificate.
