An Illinois woman was seriously injured when her vehicle collided with a semi-truck in southwest Wisconsin. The Layfayette County Sheriff says the crash happened around 7:20 on Monday morning on State Highway 11 in Gratiot Township.
Authorities say 20-year old Savanna Wood-Kendrick of Rock Falls pulled out from a stop sign intersection into the path of the semi driven by 39-year old Ross Krogman of Winslow, Illinois. Wood-Kendrick was airlifted to U-W Hospital in Madison for injuries she suffered.
