A woman has been received a five year prison sentence for a vehicle theft in Dubuque last year.
35-year old Kiara Kiesow received the sentence in Dubuque County District Court after entering a guilty plea to charges of second degree theft. An additional charge against Kiesow was dropped with the plea deal.
Kiesow was arrested October 31st after leading Dubuque Police on a chase for several miles until the vehicle was disabled with stop sticks and she was arrested.
