A 49-year old Dubuque man is scheduled to make his initial court appearance later this month on a threat of terrorism charge.
Justin Keene is scheduled to make the court appearance on February 25th in Dubuque County District Court. Keene is accused of calling Finley Hospital last Thursday and threatening to commit a violent act. The hospital went into a lockdown for just over two hours after they received the call. Dubuque Police investigated and later arrested Keene at his home he was charged.
Making a threat of terrorism is a Class D felony punishable by up to five years in prison if convicted.
