A campus lockdown at Finley Hospital in Dubuque has ended. The Hospital lifted the lockdown at 1 o’clock this afternoon after just over two hours.
Finley Hospital officials say the lockdown was due to an external threat targeting a specific individual. No other details are being released at the time, Dubuque Police are investigating.
