A Dubuque woman was arrested for allegedly hitting a teenage girl intentionally with her vehicle last summer.
Dubuque Police say on Saturday, 46-year old Melissa Neuhaus was arrested and faces charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, failure to appear and reckless driving.
On July 8th, investigators say Neuhaus and the teenage girl were involved in a disturbance near the intersection of Jackson and 21st Streets during which she drove her car into the 17-year old girl causing injury to her legs and then drove away with the girl on the hood of the car. Neuhaus reportedly did stop and the girl was able to get off
