The Iowa State Patrol has just released the name of the person who died in a two vehicle accident in Jackson County last week.
Following notification of family members, the Patrol says 48-year old Terry Gurley of Cascade died following the accident on January 20th on Highway 64 near Maquoketa.
The accident investigation shows a vehicle driven by Gurley crossed the centerline and hit another vehicle driven by 27-year old Kyle Harland of Maquoketa. Harland and a passenger 22-year old Megan Post of Maquoketa were both injured in the accident and drove themselves to the hospital for treatment.
