A two vehicle accident in Dubuque on Monday afternoon injured both drivers.
Dubuque Police say the crash happened around 3:15 near the intersection of Maquoketa Drive and Anamosa Drive. Authorities say one of the vehicles driven by 45-year old Joelle Salow stopped quickly to avoid hitting an animal and another vehicle driven by 31-year old Michell Gross rear-ended a trailer being pulled by Salow’s vehicle.
Both Salow and Gross complained of injuries but refused ambulance service for treatment.
Gross was cited with driving without a license and leaving the scene of a crash.

Another two vehicle accident on Monday afternoon in Dubuque injured one person. Dubuque Police say the accident happened around 2:45 at the intersection of North Grandview and Kaufmann.
Police say one of the vehicles driven by 41-year old Alicia Riniker collided with the other vehicle driven by 64-year old Danny McCarthy. Authorities say McCarthy suffered minor injuries, but didn’t need an ambulance.
Police say Riniker was cited with failure to obey a stop or yield sign.
