Registration is open to join the Dubuque Police Department’s Citizen Police Academy. During the 10-week program participants will hear presentations from numerous Dubuque Police Department personnel, as well as having the opportunity to participate in a variety of hands on training sessions. Some of the topics include Arrest Procedures, Search and Seizure laws, Use of Force, Drug Enforcement, K9’s and more.
