Dubuque firefighters were called to a house fire over the weekend. Fire crews were called out Saturday night shortly before 8 o’clock to a duplex at 22-97 Francis Street.
The fire started in the front living room area of the home. Crews were able to quickly douse the flames and worked to remove smoke. There were no injuries and everyone in both duplexes were able to return home. Damage was estimated at less than $2-thousand dollars. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
