After less than a month on the job, the new Executive Director of the Dubuque Humane Society has resigned. According to the Telegraph Herald Bob Citrullo has stepped down due to unforeseen personal circumstances.
Citrullo had just taken over the position on November 11th for Nicole Chesney who had been the Executive Director since 2021 who moved out of state. Citrullo came to Dubuque with 17 years of experience in the animal welfare industry.
