The Dubuque Police Department will be hosting the 28th session of the Citizen’s Police Academy (CPA). This 10-week program offers community members the opportunity to attend presentations and classes taught by Dubuque Police officers, law enforcement professionals, and other members of the criminal justice system.
Topics covered include such things as Arrest Procedures, Search and Seizure, Use of Force, K-9 Unit, Specialty Units, Drug Enforcement, School Resource Officers and others.
