The Director of the Dubuque Rescue Mission has announced he is stepping down due to a decline in his health conditions.
According to a statement on a Rescue Mission social media page, Morgan Frazer has stepped down from his role as Director of the Dubuque Rescue Mission effective immediately.
The Rescue Mission board says past director Rick Mihm, and Jeff Lenhart, assistant director and temporary acting director will take over on an interim basis while the process of identifying a new director to lead the Mission takes place.
